Cybersecurity Project Manager
Overview:
The Cyber Security Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing cybersecurity projects within scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves coordinating internal resources and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track
Team Coordination & Leadership
Provide ongoing direction and leadership to assigned project teams
Facilitate collaboration among team members, contractors, and consultants
Support employee development through coaching and performance feedback
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational priorities
Manage expectations and resolve issues that may impact delivery
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks using standard procedures and best practices
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
Cybersecurity Knowledge:
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of the correlation between risk, vulnerability, and exposure.
- Ability to interpret vulnerability scan results and collaborate with teams for remediation.
- Experience configuring and performing vulnerability scans In a corporate landscape

Qualifications:
Solid experience in Cyber Security project mgmt, with a focus on execution and delivery
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Project management experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability management.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management tools, processes, and lifecycle.
