Summary

Title: Microsoft Copilot SME GCC High

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 GCC High and developing Copilot-based agents and automated workflows. This role will focus on building secure, practical agents that support executive scheduling, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Copilot agents within Microsoft 365 GCC High.
  • Build agents for calendar management, including:
    • Meeting coordination and scheduling
    • Rescheduling and conflict resolution
    • Identifying mutual availability
    • Managing focus time, transition time, and scheduling preferences
    • Evaluating meeting requests and recommending accept, decline, delegate, or reschedule actions
    • Automating routine calendar actions within defined business rules
    • Escalating decisions that require executive judgment
  • Develop meeting preparation agents that:
    • Summarize relevant emails, documents, prior meetings, and other authorized information
    • Identify key topics, decisions, open issues, and previous commitments
    • Produce concise meeting briefs
  • Develop post-meeting agents that:
    • Summarize meetings and key decisions
    • Identify commitments, action items, owners, and follow-ups
    • Track outstanding actions and prepare follow-up communications
  • Integrate Copilot solutions with Outlook, Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint as appropriate.
  • Ensure solutions comply with GCC High security, identity, governance, and data-protection requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience developing solutions in Microsoft 365 GCC High.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience integrating with Outlook/Exchange calendars and Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Experience building AI agents, workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop approval and escalation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, prompting, grounding, orchestration, and agent design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph calendar and scheduling APIs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, or custom connectors.
