Job Title: Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt) - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Richmond, VA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment.
  • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control.
  • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with data entry and work order processing.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office.
  • Support processing of MES O&M requests and deliverables.
  • Process new requests for deliverables and design documents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure deliverables are processed, logged in, and pushed to SMEs and PMs for next steps.
  • Work directly with vendors that provide the modules and products that make up the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
  • Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request and deliverable activities.
  • Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
  • Work closely with program and project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
  • Complete change management requirements and tasks.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Develop strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
  • Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders.
  • Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program and project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
  • Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
  • Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
  • Maintain databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files.
  • Generate and post recurring or ad-hoc status reports and provide responses and data to project inquiries.
