Summary

Job title: RPA Engineer with Blue Prism

Location: Austin, Texas

Duration: Short term

Responsibilities:

Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Design, develop, maintain automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources.
Perform advanced developer duties including solution design, automation development, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, infrastructure support, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement.
Focus on robotics and document processing technologies that may include Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure, and PDF/document processing frameworks
Responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts. The work will occur in a fast paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required 8 years: Hands-on experience with RPA development, including at least 4 years using Blue Prism (attended and unattended bots interacting with websites)
Required 8 years: Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs and databases (RESTful web services and SQL databases)
Required 8 years: Experience developing reports and/or documents from structured and unstructured data
Required 8 years: Experience building analytics solutions using structured and unstructured data
Preferred 4 years: Experience with Azure infrastructure, including troubleshooting
Preferred 4 years: Experience with Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows
Preferred 4 years: Proficiency in Java programming
Preferred 4 years: Experience with Power BI and SQL
Preferred 4 years: Experience with Azure AI / Cognitive Search
Preferred 1 year: Blue Prism Certification
Preferred 1 year: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
