Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is a mission-driven, growing healthcare organization located in Waltham, MA, that is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) to lead complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives from initial strategy and planning through full implementation.

Summary:
This is a highly visible role that operates at both the strategic and executional levels. The Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) will partner closely with executive sponsors and leaders across the organization to drive alignment, manage competing priorities, anticipate risks, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, and drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through implementation, with significant operational and executive visibility
* Partner with senior leaders to define project scope, objectives, success measures, priorities, and governance
* Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, change management, implementation, and stabilization
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate ideas and objectives into clear, actionable project plans
* Anticipate project risks, organizational impacts, and interdependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies
* Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and written communications that translate complex initiatives into clear, concise, and actionable narratives
* Foster strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree
* PMP certification required
* 8+ years of progressive project management experience
* 3+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry
* Demonstrated success leading and implementing large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through full implementation
* Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and change management skills
* Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
