Summary

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Architect with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, React, and AI-assisted software development tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise applications, modernizing software platforms, and leveraging AI tools to improve software delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires a technical leader who can provide architectural guidance, collaborate across engineering teams, and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and architect scalable full-stack applications using .NET and React. Develop secure, high-performing backend services and responsive frontend applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams. Define coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and software delivery. Support the adoption of AI-enabled SDLC practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions. Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence across the organization. Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core. Strong frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Experience building microservices-based architectures. Experience developing enterprise-scale applications. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, and application architecture. Experience with application performance optimization and scalability. Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants. Experience applying AI tools throughout the SDLC, including: Code generation Code reviews Debugging Documentation Test automation Development acceleration Understanding of prompt-driven development and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-driven SDLC frameworks such as BMAD or similar. Experience building enterprise development frameworks and platforms. Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
