Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and remediating digital products for regulatory compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical presentations and coordinating with stakeholders.

Architect technical report specifications and templates using BI Publisher and Query Manager to support financial operations.

Integrate datasets across disparate modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Project Costing.

Optimize SQL query performance and indexing strategies to enhance the runtime of high-volume enterprise reports.

Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to validate reporting output and data integrity.

Produce technical documentation encompassing data dictionaries, report inventories, design specifications, and test plans.

Resolve complex reporting defects and system incidents via structured Level 2 Service Desk support protocols.

Implement digital content updates to ensure all reporting deliverables maintain compliance with accessibility and branding standards.
