  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Champion engineering best practices, DevOps principles, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Build strong relationships with technology vendors and delivery partners to drive successful implementation and support outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer-focused problem solving.

YOU ARE
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A systems thinker who enjoys understanding how technologies, platforms, and processes connect to deliver customer value.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping teams solve complex business and technical challenges.
  • An effective communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear business conversations.
  • Passionate about developing people and building high-performing engineering teams.
  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by learning new technologies and evolving business needs.

YOU HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a complex technology environment.
  • Experience supporting Marketing Technology, CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, or related digital customer experience platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and software delivery practices.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional technology initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
  • Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Zeta, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, .NET, Node.js, Azure, AWS, or similar solutions.
