Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a
Field Service Representative to work in a hybrid remote/onsite capacity, with minimum of 3 business days onsite at the
Fort Meade, MD customer site.
Everforth ECS is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to support Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Command and Control (C2) efforts within the Collaboration Information Environment (CIE) space. These individuals will provide architectural guidance, advising on data feed design and integration, and ensure alignment with evolving mission requirements. Candidates must be able to use critical thinking to pinpoint key details and communicate with mission partners effectively, assisting with program integration into intelligence mission environments.
A successful candidate may be required to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS sites to conduct training exercises or to backfill the role of FSRs. Candidates are expected to have expert communication skills and experience delivering meaningful learning solutions. Successful candidates will also be expected to assist with training program evaluation methods to assess and maximize continuous improvement.
Required Skills - have an active DOD TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology field, such as IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% both CONUS and OCONUS
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (Azure Government)
- Excellent analytical writing and briefing skills, with experience providing planned and ad hoc briefings and demonstrations for VIPs and/or distinguished visitors
- Demonstrated instructional capabilities to include developing and implementing training plans
- Proven instructional skills to include developing and preparing curriculum and conducting remote and/or classroom training events
- Self-starter that can work independently, thrive and communicate clearly while working in a dynamic environment during high-tempo operations
- Customer focused mentality in order to deliver disruptive technology in an operational environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management)
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills - Knowledgeable of the intelligence and/or operations cycles, with 4+ years working in the intelligence analysis field in a DoW environment
- Experience:
- Supporting Command and Control (C2) systems within DoW or federal environments
- Conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses
- Delivering or facilitating in-person training in a technical education environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (DoDAF, TOGAF, or similar)
- Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-driven architectures
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
- Active DoW 8140 IAT II or Level III certification (Sec+ preferred or equivalent also acceptable) or ability to obtain certification within 12 months.
