SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS) Functional SME

Minimum 7+ Years with Minimum 1–2 full-cycle implementations)
Essential Qualifications & Experience
1. Domain Expertise: 7+ to 12+ years of core SAP functional experience with deep specialization in SAP VMS.
2. Project History: Proven track record in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation or large-scale assessment/upgrade lifecycles within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
3. S/4HANA Readiness: Hands-on experience or architectural knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is highly preferred.
4. Technical Acumen: Understanding of system interfaces (IDOC, BAPI, XML) and data migration strategies.
Soft Skills & Competencies
5. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to lead discovery workshop sessions with business, understand and document requirements/pain points or challenges and look for potential solution.
6. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify operational bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions
Key Responsibilities
· Fit-Gap Analysis & Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders (OEMs, distributors, and dealers) to analyze the current-state.
· Roadmap & Strategy: Formulate functional roadmaps to migrate legacy VMS setups to modern architecture, such as SAP S/4HANA or centralized dealer management integrations.
· Process Evaluation: Assess core automotive flows: Vehicle Master Data, Action Matrix, Variant Configuration, Pricing, Warranty (WTY), and Spare Parts.
· Integration Assessment: Map and evaluate integrations between VMS and core SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, CS), Project Code :
