Job Title: Application Systems Technical Analyst
Location: Remote
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
We are looking for an experienced Application Systems Technical Analyst to support enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, and technical support skills with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Required Skills:
2+ years of application support / systems analyst experience
Experience with application implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of workflows, system analysis, and documentation
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
Banking or Financial Services industry experience required
Preferred:
Experience with integrations, reporting, testing, and project coordination
Familiarity with Agile and change management processes
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
