Job Title: Manager, Supplier Management / Procure-to-Pay Manager

Location: Nashville, TN 37201 - Onsite

Duration: 06 month + Extension or conversion based on performance

Pay Range: ($60 - $65) on an hourly basis



Job Summary:



  • We are seeking an experienced Manager, Supplier Management to lead global supplier onboarding, vendor master data governance, and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations.

  • This role will drive Fusion supplier onboarding transformation, SOX compliance, process improvement, automation, and performance reporting while collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead supplier onboarding, vendor setup, maintenance, and master data governance across ERP systems.

  • Co-lead supplier onboarding platform implementation, enhancements, testing, and rollout.

  • Design, test, and remediate SOX controls; coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Develop KPI/SLA dashboards and reporting to monitor operational performance and data quality.

  • Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and root causes of recurring issues.

  • Coordinate global teams, support training, and ensure consistent supplier management processes.

  • Partner with IT, RPA, and business teams to drive ERP transformation and operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Accounts Payable (AP), or Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations.

  • Prior people management and team leadership experience.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Or_acle Fusion, Or_acle EBS, S AP, or equivalent, and vendor onboarding platforms.

  • Experience leading or co-leading a supplier onboarding platform implementation.

  • Proven experience in SOX control design/remediation and external audit coordination.

  • Knowledge of vendor master data governance, fraud prevention, sanctions, or third-party risk controls.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement capabilities.

  • Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Ora_cle Fusion ERP experience.

  • Professional certification such as CPM, CPSM, or CIA, or an MBA.

  • Experience in the entertainment industry.
