Job Overview:
The Operations - Training Consultant Lead/Supervisor is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to improve employee performance and organizational capability. This role partners with stakeholders to develop tailored training solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale training programs and initiatives.
  • Develop learning strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee curriculum design and instructional standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and trainers.
  • Evaluate organizational learning effectiveness and ROI.
  • Implement advanced learning technologies and tools.
  • Apply current instructional design theory, adult learning theory, and best practices to create effective learning and training opportunities.
  • Assess the needs of learners and create learning solutions that address business needs and support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Apply the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) or other approved development models.
  • Perform assessments to identify training and developmental opportunities.
  • Analyze existing training delivery to determine the best method for future delivery.
  • Build objective-based assessments to gauge if critical skills and competencies are met.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Adult Education.
  • 10+ years of experience in Leadership, Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
  • Skilled in the use of Vision and/or Articulate or other recognized content development platforms.
  • Strategic thinking, advanced instructional design, and program management skills.
  • Experience in applying evaluation models to ensure the highest level of training effectiveness.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
