Full Stack Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular
* Build and enhance Java/Spring Boot RESTful APIs and microservices
* Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including relational data modeling and performance tuning
* Create and maintain CRUD-based and workflow-driven business applications
* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions
* Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, and release planning
* Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full technology stack
* Contribute to best practices related to software engineering, security, and performance

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
* Strong experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices
* Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for API and backend service development
* Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
* Experience building CRUD applications and workflow-based systems
* Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
* Experience with source control systems such as Git and modern development workflows
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
* Ability to work effectively across both front-end and back-end technologies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* A passion for building high-quality, scalable applications
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architecture technologies
* Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
