Job Description:

A successful Research Program Manager will be organized, with proven project management experience, shifting seamlessly between helping to drive larger org priorities and smaller daily tasks. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Meta Technologies stakeholders for budget tracking, coordinating with survey reviewers and delegates, tracking research projects across teams, supporting the creation of an internal archive.
Develop tools and programs, prioritization, and project management
Plan, direct, or coordinate activities related to Meta Technologies Research
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience with project management, research, or operations or equivalent experience
Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities
Strong communication skills
Proven experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience
Experience cultivating internal relationships
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner
