Compensation: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ?

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5?7 years of healthcare plant operations or facilities maintenance leadership experience in acute care or large, complex facilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including Joint Commission standards
• Proven ability to lead teams through change, operational instability, or leadership gaps
• Demonstrated financial accountability, including P&L responsibility
• Strong working knowledge of preventive maintenance and building systems, including HVAC/R, boilers, chillers, generators, and life safety systems
• Bachelor?s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent technical experience (preferred)
• Applicable licenses for heating, piping, and cooling systems (e.g., S?1, S?2) (preferred)
• Experience supporting multiple sites or serving in regional, interim, or turnaround leadership roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging executive?level clients
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time?management skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Ability to travel 100% and operate independently across multiple accounts
• Must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport
