JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Principal / Architect Level) to lead the design and development of large-scale AI platforms. This role is focused on building enterprise-grade AI systems with a strong emphasis on LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI systems.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role requiring deep expertise in system design, distributed architectures, and production AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable LLM and RAG-based AI platforms
Build and optimize agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, tool orchestration, reasoning pipelines)
Lead development of distributed AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Implement MLOps frameworks, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
Design and manage vector search systems and embedding pipelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to define AI strategy and platform roadmap
Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions across teams
Required Qualifications
10 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
Proven experience designing production-grade LLM or RAG systems
Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with:
Python
Kubernetes
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems
Strong understanding of MLOps, observability, and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in AI platform leadership or architecture roles
Experience working with enterprise-scale AI deployments
Strong mentoring and technical leadership experience
