Key responsibilities include creating dashboards, configuring synthetic/real-user monitoring (RUM), and ensuring infrastructure coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration: Manage Dynatrace Managed, including upgrading OneAgents, ActiveGates, and Cluster Nodes.
Monitoring & Configuration: Implement and maintain full-stack monitoring, including dashboards, tagging, and alerting profiles.
Performance Tuning: Reduce noise by tuning anomaly detection rules, thresholds, and event correlations.
Infrastructure Coverage: Onboard Kubernetes/OpenShift workloads and manage log analytics.
Troubleshooting: Analyze application/infrastructure data to resolve performance issues.
