Oracle Incentive Compensation Lead

Experience: 15+ Years IT Experience
Location: Remote | Travel anywhere in the U.S. up to 2 times per month

Job Description:

  • Senior Oracle Incentive Compensation Lead with 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Incentive Compensation.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, solution design, and production support.
  • Strong expertise in compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, earning rules, transactions, and payment processing.
  • Experience integrating Incentive Compensation with Oracle Sales, Order Management, Receivables, and General Ledger.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design workshops, testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Provide functional leadership and guide offshore/onshore teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex Oracle environments.
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead client-facing discussions
