Enterprise Security and Fraud (ES&F) sub-division is responsible for the global protection of Vanguard crew, property, data, and client assets. SailPoint Application Engineering Technical Lead - I - Provides advanced level IT technical developer services for the SailPoint application, servers, and infrastructure.
- Provides technical expertise and completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes SailPoint development, design, implementation, architecture design specification
- Ensure quality of IT deliverables
- Conduct end-to-end application testing
- Identify potential solutions and approve solutions proposed by team members
- Resolve complex issues uncovered by testers and internal clients
- Communicate with key stakeholders on project issues and implications
- Evaluate impacts of change requests on technologies
- Mentor IT staff with less experience
- Review and approve documentation and diagrams created by IT team members
- Write documentation, including technical standards and processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous quality improvement
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout product life cycle
- Work with Information Security IAM business partners to define business requirements and identify security improvements
- Thorough understanding of IAM Security policies and procedures
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related IT field
- 6+ years of experience.
Required Skillset: - SailPoint IdentityIQ product knowledge with emphasis on development and support
- SailPoint IIQ object model
- Core Java - development, design, and debugging skills
- XML/JSON
- REST API
- SQL: write complex queries
- Apache/Tomcat
- RHEL Linux
