Job Summary
New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to support enterprise cryptographic platforms and services. This role will provide operational support, engineering, and platform stewardship for critical security infrastructure used to protect sensitive data, keys, credentials, and authentication workflows across the enterprise.
The selected candidate will support enterprise cryptography operations, platform administration, key lifecycle management, application onboarding, high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR), automation, incident response, and audit readiness.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Key Vault, Thales Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Thales Cipher Trust, or similar key management, encryption, and cryptographic control platforms.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting enterprise HSM, cryptography, and key management platforms. The engineer will be responsible for production support, platform administration, key lifecycle management, application integration, troubleshooting, HA/DR, and automation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in production support, cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or cryptographic services.
- Hands-on experience with HSM / Key Management platforms.
- Experience with Oracle Key Vault, Thales Luna/payShield, Thales HSM, or CipherTrust is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of encryption, cryptographic keys, PKI, and certificate management.
- Knowledge of AES, RSA, ECC, TLS/SSL, SSH, and X.509.
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration and production troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of HA/DR and disaster recovery.
- Scripting/automation experience with Python, Shell, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with KMIP, PKCS#11, JCE, APIs, or similar cryptographic integrations is a plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, and incident/problem management skills.
- Must be available for on-call and occasional weekend change activities.
Preferred
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
- AWS CloudHSM, Azure Dedicated HSM, or cloud KMS experience.
- Experience with IAM, PAM, or enterprise security infrastructure.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
