Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite

Role Descriptions:

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Admin

Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).

Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management.

Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.

CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation.

Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
