Requirements
Knowledge of modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile
Knowledge of business process analysis, functional design principles, documentation standards, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition
Knowledge of Client business rules, including those specific to the Pension Software System
Familiarity with legacy systems architecture, dependencies, technologies, and integration points
Skill in performing all aspects of application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, code reviews, and submitting pull requests for Client staff to review
Skill in developing, enhancing, and maintaining application components that meet functional and technical requirements
Skill in developing clear, actionable user stories and maintaining a prioritized backlog
Skill in developing APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows
Ability to deliver high-quality work output with minimal defects
Ability to translate technical specifications into maintainable, production-ready software
Ability to collaborate effectively with Client technical staff, analysts, testers, and project managers
Ability to manage multiple development tasks and meet established timelines
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
