- 2+ years of experience as a bilingual Dutch/English Technical Support Customer Service Representative
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills
- Ability to handle high-volume phone and email support
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Time management and the ability to meet performance goals and deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn support software systems

Responsibilities
- Provide remote bilingual (Dutch/English) technical support via phone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, defects, and service requests
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify end-of-life (EOL) products with clear explanations
- Guide customers through step-by-step problem resolution and product setup
- Document all interactions accurately in call logs and required reporting systems
- Follow Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), warranty, replacement, and refund procedures
- De-escalate challenging customer interactions and maintain a positive customer experience
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and send follow-up resources/links
- Request customer participation in satisfaction surveys and gather feedback
- Monitor unresolved cases and perform timely follow-ups until resolution
- Meet performance metrics, service levels, and quality standards
- Stay current on product updates, troubleshooting methods, and internal processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
