Job Title: EDI Functional Analyst Oracle

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EDI Functional Analyst with Oracle E-Business Suite expertise to support, maintain, and enhance EDI integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of EDI standards, Oracle EBS modules, and integration tools. This role will act as a key liaison between business users, trading partners, and technical teams to ensure smooth EDI operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
EDI Support & Operations
Provide functional and translation support for all EDI processes and systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle and Sterling Integrator (SI) related support issues.
Monitor EDI systems, error directories, and alert notifications, and resolve issues proactively.
Troubleshoot and resolve Sterling Integrator business process and mapping issues.
Oracle EBS Integration
EDI Standards & Transactions
Trading Partner & Process Management
Configure and onboard new trading partners.
Perform minor mapping modifications and trading partner setup.
Maintain documentation for EDI processes, procedures, and configurations.
Ensure integrity, stability, and availability of EDI environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with internal IT teams, business users, and external partners.
Identify root causes of issues and implement permanent fixes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12
Experience with Oracle modules: OM, Purchasing, SCM, RLM, eCommerce Gateway
Strong knowledge of EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, IDOC
Experience supporting EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.)
Experience with Sterling Integrator (SI) / B2B Integrator is preferred
Experience with trading partner setup, mapping, and troubleshooting
Functional Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of EDI support and operational processes
Experience handling complex Oracle EDI integrations
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong documentation and process management skills
