Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT Services, including Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, and Application Development.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with delivery, presales, and marketing teams to create tailored client solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5yrs to 15 years of experience in IT services sales or business development, preferably with exposure to emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of the US IT services market, with existing client or partner networks being a plus.
• Proven ability to drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.
