3 days onsite / 2 days remote Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Pega Constellation Developer to join an ongoing initiative focused on implementing an underwriting workflow using the Pega platform. This role is a
hands-on development position, centered on coding, software development, and workflow implementation. The developer will also support the creation of a case management workflow and contribute to system integrations and reporting.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance underwriting workflows using the Pega platform
- Migrate applications from Pega Classic to Pega Constellation (Pega SS)
- Build and support integrations to enable reporting and data exchange
- Perform application rollouts, system testing, and defect resolution
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and complete assigned deliverables
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
Required Qualifications- 4-6 years of Pega development experience
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Pega Constellation
- Hands-on experience building at least one basic Constellation application
- Solid knowledge of core Pega Platform fundamentals
- Proficiency in:
- Pega (latest versions)
- Pega Constellation UI
- React
- Java
- SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)- Experience delivering end-to-end Constellation applications in a production environment
- Advanced UI customization experience or deep knowledge of DX APIs
- Exposure to advanced integrations, theming, or performance tuning in Constellation
- Prior experience working on enterprise-scale Pega implementations
