Need Candidate who has built DW from Scratch in his last 3-4 years otherwise Won't be consider.
Not looking for a sr data engineer that has done some Architecture.
20% of this role will be design, solutions, functional documentation, etc. and not hands-on dev. **not expecting this role to be 100% data engineering day to day but this person will need a strong background in engineering.
Well be is currently in data mesh structure; it needs conformed structures
Similar tech stack to Engineer - Snowflake, Python, Azure, Google Cloud Platform - Strong Cloud and CI/CD, Master Data Management and strong data warehouse, ELT and ETL development background
Master Data Management
**design how ETL / ELT process works within their environment
CICD - github, push things to production on snowflake. It's an entirely new platform.
Expert with cloud platforms - Current cloud environment - is Google Cloud Platform and they are moving to Azure. Azure primarily is where they want to go, Google Cloud Platform is what they're using now. At least Azure. Evaluating for ETL needs, especially Snowflake, Azure and Python are important for orchestrating data. Could ADF be a good solution for them? They'd like someone to help guide them.
Salesforce for Snowflake integration background would be ideal.
