Responsibilities
- Lead the development and launch of a companion agent, a context-aware AI Agent to empower call center agents.
- Be responsible for sustaining and accelerating the adoption of Agent Assist, as the fastest growing GECX product.
- Build scalable foundational infrastructure and advanced GenAI features.
- Drive collaboration with partner teams in AAI, Vertex AI, and DeepMind.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 5 years of experience with one or more of the following, such as speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), or specialization in another ML field.
- 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in GenAI and Agentic AI solution development.
- Experience in cloud platform development.
- Track record of delivering a high volume of scalable, production-grade features.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

In this role, you will build the foundational infrastructure and capabilities that allow companion agent to reason, use tools, and automate complex tasks at scale. you will transform customer support by developing industry-leading AI solutions. You will build foundational infrastructure and innovative features powered by companion AI Agents.
