Job Description: AEM - Content Operations Lead, Content Center of Excellence

Remote

Role Summary
Own the day-to-day operating engine of a global Content Center of Excellence. You make the content lifecycle from intake to publish predictable, measurable, and scalable across Business Groups and regions. You work across a multi-vendor ecosystem (delivery partner, localization, platform, and creative agencies) and report into Center of Excellence leadership.

Key Responsibilities

·  Workflow and governance: Run the stage-gate content workflow from intake to publish. Put the governance framework, responsibility matrix, and service level agreements into daily practice. Move the Center of Excellence from Maturity Level 2 (Managed) to Level 3 (Defined).

·  Intake and prioritization: Partner with Web Experience Leads on strategic intake. Manage the backlog, prioritization, and capacity across Business Groups using a Scrumban cadence.

·  Cadence and stakeholders: Own the meeting rhythm, including Business Group tactical meetings, regional tactical meetings, and cross-Business Group strategic meetings. Set owners, agendas, and action tracking. Support executive status reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

·  Vendor and partner management: Coordinate delivery, localization, and platform vendors. Hold them to service level agreements and deliverables, and resolve cross-vendor handoff issues.

·  Metrics and reporting: Own the performance measurement framework, built around Time to Publish, Cost per Asset, and First-Pass Approval Rate. Publish dashboards and drive continuous improvement.

·  Tooling and systems: Drive adoption and process design in Workfront (work management), Adobe Experience Manager (authoring and publishing), and Jira. Support resource planning, capacity forecasting, and tool migrations.

·  Risk and change management: Maintain the log of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Escalate blockers early, and lead change management and training for authors, coordinators, and project managers.

Required Qualifications

·  8+ years in content operations, digital operations, or program delivery, including at least 3 years leading a team or function.

·  Hands-on experience with an enterprise content management system (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) and a work management tool (Workfront preferred).

·  Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-region content delivery, including localization workflows.

·  Strong command of Agile, Scrumban, and stage-gate models.

·  Strong executive communication, including status reporting and steering updates.

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience in a global technology or hardware enterprise with multiple Business Groups.

·  Background in setting up or scaling a Center of Excellence.

·  Familiarity with content supply chain metrics, resource and capacity planning, and artificial intelligence assisted content workflows.

Core Competencies

·  Operational rigor: process design, service level agreements, governance

·  Influence without authority: works across Business Groups, regions, and vendors

·  Data fluency: metric ownership and storytelling

·  Executive presence: clear, concise, outcome-led
