Summary

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: New York City, NY or Morgantown, WV

Experience Required:

8 12 years overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions at production scale.
Build, train, optimize, and maintain ML models using industry best practices.
Integrate ML models with applications via REST APIs and automation pipelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Product.
Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
Deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure AI).
Apply NLP, deep learning, and advanced analytical approaches to solve business problems.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML model development and deployment
Programming experience in Python (must have) and/or Java / Spring Boot
Experience with REST API integration
Database experience: SQL Server and related DB tools
Expertise working with at least one Cloud platform:
AWS (SageMaker),
Azure AI,
Google Cloud Platform AI Platform
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)
Basic knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Kafka and Elastic Search is a plus

Nice to Have:

Exposure to NLP frameworks, LLMs, or GenAI solutions
MLOps frameworks such as MLflow, DVC, Seldon, or Kubeflow
