Role Summary

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant for a fast-paced, high-visibility project supporting a key enterprise initiative. This role centers on delivering, enhancing, and deploying Microsoft Power Apps solutions across multiple plant locations. The work you do will directly enable site leaders to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and leverage technology to strengthen operational performance.

You will partner closely with plant managers and leadership teams to understand workflows, translate real-world needs into functional applications, and provide on-site support during implementation. This position requires hands-on Power Apps expertise, strong communication abilities, and comfort working in dynamic manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with plant managers and site leadership to understand operational needs and workflow challenges.
Develop, enhance, and deploy Microsoft Power Apps solutions tailored to plant-level requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly Power Platform applications.
Provide on-site implementation support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
Travel to multiple plant locations (up to 50%) to support in-person rollout activities.

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including building and modifying production-ready applications.
Background in Business, IT, or related fields with the ability to bridge technical and operational teams.
Experience supporting or working within manufacturing or plant environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% based on project demands.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in supply chain environments or operations.
- Previous collaboration with plant managers or operational leadership teams.
- Broader Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power BI).
