Overview:
We're seeking an Oracle Cloud Security Specialist experienced in managing security, roles, and access controls within Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, ERP, EPM). The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Oracle Security Console, RBAC, and SoD compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, Financials, EPM).

• Design and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks.

• Create and manage custom roles, duty roles, and data access sets.

• Handle user provisioning/de-provisioning, onboarding, and resolving access issues.

• Conduct periodic security audits and compliance reviews.

• Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and audit reports using OTBI/BIP.

• Collaborate with functional and audit teams to ensure compliance and access integrity.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Security / Application Security.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Security Console, RBAC, and SoD principles.

• Experience with HCM, ERP, and EPM modules.

• Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and MFA integration.

• Strong understanding of compliance and audit processes (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA).

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
