 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Triage Engineer with strong expertise in broadband, networking, and system debugging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues across Linux-based and embedded environments while driving proactive system improvements.

 Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system debugging across Linux platforms and networking layers

• Analyze packet captures and protocols to troubleshoot complex issues

• Work on broadband technologies and networking standards

• Develop anomaly detection and data-driven solutions

• Design and enhance operational tools for system performance and observability

• Analyze telemetry and field data to generate actionable insights

• Utilize AWS services (S3, Athena, QuickSight) for data analysis and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership

• Mentor team members and communicate technical findings effectively

 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Linux and embedded systems development

• Hands-on scripting experience (Shell, Python)

• Deep knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DOCSIS, TR-069, SNMP)

• Experience in debugging, RCA, and production issue triage

• Familiarity with C, C++, Java

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
