Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop manufacturing processes, production lines, workstations, tooling, and fixtures.
Create Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
Define equipment requirements, write scopes of work, support equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and launch.
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, Controls, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, process validation, production trials, and launch readiness activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Analyze OEE, cycle time, throughput, yield, scrap, and manufacturing performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in high-volume production environments.
Strong experience with production line design, equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing launch.
Experience developing process flows, workstation concepts, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and process validation.
