Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of contact center and servicing technology solutions.
• This role will focus on enhancing both member and agent experiences across voice and digital channels while driving efficiency, automation, and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in:

o             Digital product management / project delivery

o             Strategy, planning, and execution

•             Familiarity with human-centered design principles and digital servicing environments

Required Tools / Technologies:

•             Contact Center Platforms (required)

•             AI & Automation tools

•             CRM / Agent Desktop platforms

•             Analytics tools and reporting capabilities
