Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of project or product delivery
Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
Experience working in Agile environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Desired Experience

Operations experience
LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge

What You Will Be Doing

Facilitate project meetings
Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
Liaison with leadership as needed
