Job Details

Job Description:

• Support Project Managers, manage jobsites when PM is unavailable, project reports/docs/planning, RFIs, change orders, takeoffs, field/client relations, assist with project cost controls, submittals, and coordination
• Drawings/specs, material lists/pricing, budgets, schedules, ensure project progress/milestones/success, compliance with codes/standards/company policies, and assist in resolving issues
• Ground up projects including schools, commercial, industrial, and multifamily
• Structured career path to Project Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer on construction projects
• Prefer experience in electrical construction, but can come from a or other subcontractor
• Skilled in multitasking, efficiency, project/employee supervision, job organization, meeting deadlines, documentation, and communication
• Prefer experience with Accubid and Bluebeam
• Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check
