Job Summary

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and intelligent AI agents. The ideal candidate will build scalable AI solutions using Azure AI services, Databricks, Fabric, and modern LLM-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
Build intelligent AI agents using LLMs, planning systems, and decision-making frameworks
Design GenAI workflows and agentic systems for enterprise use cases
Integrate AI agents into applications, APIs, and business workflows
Build secure, scalable, production-grade AI systems with safety guardrails
Improve agent performance using feedback loops, reinforcement learning, and evaluation frameworks
Work on Azure AI ecosystem including Databricks, Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry
Support backend services, model pipelines, and frontend integrations for AI platforms
Rapidly prototype new AI solutions in an innovation-focused environment
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and researchers on enterprise AI initiatives

Required Skills

Strong Python programming skills
3+ years with ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / similar)
2+ years building AI agents / deployed ML systems
LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI
Azure Cloud expertise
Databricks / Fabric / AI Foundry
Model deployment and MLOps concepts

Preferred Skills

Reinforcement Learning
Vector Databases / RAG pipelines
Full-stack development exposure
Startup / fast-paced product engineering experience
