Required Experience
8+ years of Product Management, Product Strategy, or related experience.
Strong healthcare payer experience, specifically health insurance claims.
Hands-on product experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Mandatory Salesforce certification: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
Experience starting a brand-new project from Step 1 and building the product from scratch.
Must have experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, analytics, and working with other Product Managers.
Experience integrating with other claims systems and understanding end-to-end claims workflows.
Knowledge of Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare claims is valuable.
Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and roadmap execution skills.
