Senior DevOps Engineer

• Provide expert support to development teams using GitLab, including version control, merge conflict resolution, access management, and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Lead upgrade, maintenance, and vulnerability remediation efforts for enterprise applications and platforms such as Blueprint, Tasktop, Jira, PowerCenter, and Informatica MDM.
• Oversee daily operational activities, incident response, proactive monitoring, and reliability support to maintain continuous availability of supported systems.
• Install, configure, validate, and support InRule environments across DEV and QA, while coordinating readiness for additional non-production and production environments.
• Deploy and configure FHS/HRS Java applications and APIs, and resolve defects and enhancements throughout the application support lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot ETL job failures, performance issues, scheduling dependencies, and operational constraints using OpCon.
• Support middleware, database, and messaging platforms, including diagnosis and resolution of MongoDB replica set and ActiveMQ active/passive high-availability failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design infrastructure, enhance applications, address complex business issues, and support strategic technology initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working on complex projects, including 2+ years in a leadership role as a DevOps Engineer. 7+ years of experience in DevOps and middleware administration, including designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab; version control; merge conflict resolution; and access management. Demonstrated understanding of both development and operational aspects of the software lifecycle, business process management products, and API management products. 2+ years of experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility System program across workstreams that include Data Management and Shared Services within a Health and Human Services environment. 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications such as Blueprint, Tasktop, Jira, Informatica, PowerCenter, or Informatica MDM, including upgrades, maintenance, and high-severity vulnerability remediation. 2+ years of experience managing InRule environments across DEV and QA, deploying FHS/HRS Java applications, and troubleshooting and scheduling ETL jobs using OpCon. 2+ years of experience administering middleware, databases, and messaging systems in high-availability configurations, including resolving MongoDB replica set failures and ActiveMQ active/passive failures.
