Job DescriptionWe are seeking two on-site Help Desk Support Technicians to provide hands-on technical support in a professional environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with entry-level IT experience or technical education who are looking to build their careers in information technology.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide end-user technical support (in person, phone, and remote)
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Image, deploy, and redeploy end-user devices
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and asset records
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, communication systems, and mobile devices
- Set up and support audio/visual equipment for meetings
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Skills- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Knowledge of distributed computing environments
- Experience with device imaging and deployment
- Asset and inventory management experience
- Technical documentation and writing skills
Technical KnowledgeExperience using current versions of the following:
- Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Active Directory
- LAN/WAN networks
- Wi-Fi and communication systems
- Device imaging software
- Audio/visual equipment
- Mobile devices and smartphones
Experience Requirements- Minimum of six (6) months of experience advising and assisting computer users in a distributed computing environment
- Relevant education may substitute for experience
Education Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Certifications- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
