We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Program Manager to support strategic cross-functional initiatives within a leading IS&T organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can independently drive programs from planning through execution while partnering with business and technology teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for a proactive Program Manager who is comfortable wearing multiple hats—including Agile delivery, requirements gathering, testing coordination, stakeholder management, and project execution—while leveraging Generative AI tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and project execution.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Coordinate end-to-end testing activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and IS&T teams to align priorities and execution.
Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and delivery practices.
Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and accelerate project outcomes.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while adapting to evolving business priorities.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business and technology solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience leading enterprise programs and cross-functional project delivery.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile execution.
Experience gathering business and technical requirements.
Experience coordinating testing activities and managing project quality.
Proven ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision.
Practical experience using Generative AI tools to improve productivity and project execution.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working within Apple IS&T.
IS&T experience is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting highly matrixed enterprise organizations.
Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across business and technology teams.
