Innovar Group is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing electrical contractor to hire a Recruiter – Electrical & Field Operations focused on sourcing and hiring Licensed Electricians and Field Leadership professionals across local and remote project sites. This is not a transactional recruiting role. This individual will serve as a strategic talent partner to operations leadership, helping drive workforce planning, expand into new markets, and build strong pipelines in competitive skilled labor environments.

What You’ll Do
Skilled Trades Recruiting

• Source and recruit Licensed Electricians, Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers and field leadership roles
• Develop recruiting strategies for remote projects and emerging markets
• Travel periodically to project locations and soft labor markets to recruit in person
• Conduct interviews (in-person, virtual, phone)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Direct experience recruiting electrical or skilled trades roles (required)
• Experience sourcing from niche markets (low voltage, field leadership, specialty electrical)
• Comfortable traveling occasionally for recruiting initiatives
• Bilingual recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
