Job Title: Stibo Solution Consultant
Duration: 9 12 Months
Position Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Understands business objectives, issues and opportunities
Leads requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Understands and documents current and future business processes, use cases, requirements and solution framework
Configures STEP system (data model, workflows, WebUI and simple business rules) based on business requirements
Understands and applies workflow/WebUI best practices to optimize user experience
Works with Solution Architect to define & adjust current and future state data model
Leads feature demos of proof-of-concept designs and configured functionality
Leverages "Train the trainer" principles to build STEP knowledge and proficiency within the business teams
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in a business analysis role (gathering requirements, conducting workshops)
Ability to document and explain complex business processes and value of solutions
Knowledgeable in principles, tools, and techniques for effective communication, facilitation, and presentation
Experience implementing packaged software solutions, MDM solutions preferable
Thorough understanding of system design principles
Hands-on experience with JavaScript
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Experienced in agile implementation methodologies frameworks and good practices for streamlined development and project execution
STEP training & experience (delivered through previous project experience)
