Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / Manager with a strong background in telecom domain projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading QA teams, defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery across large-scale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
- Oversee manual and automated testing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices
- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
- Mentor and guide QA team members
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with leadership experience
- Strong experience in telecom domain projects
- Proven ability to manage large QA teams and complex projects
- Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
