Summary

Location & Work Arrangement

City, State: Lansing, Michigan
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Required 2 days onsite per week from start).
Strict Residency Requirement: Accepting local candidates within a 90-minute commute of Lansing, MI ONLY. There is no remote-only option.
Interview Mode: Candidates must be willing to attend onsite interviews in Lansing, MI.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, code, and test complex modules using .NET Core and C#.
API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful web services and Web APIs for seamless data exchange.
Database Management: Write and maintain complex SQL statements (Select/Insert/Update) to manage large-scale data sets.
Feature Development: Implement specialized functionality, such as secure document upload capabilities for web users.
Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Sprint ceremonies, peer reviews, and collaborative design sessions.
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit and regression tests to ensure code stability and performance.

Cloud & Identity: Familiarity with SendGrid, WCAG accessibility standards, and IdP integration (OpenID Connect/SAML).
SDLC Tools: Experience with Jira or equivalent for lifecycle management
