Summary

Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with a strong background in service desk and end-user support within a corporate environment. This role requires a hands-on professional who excels at first-line support, troubleshooting, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users, handling incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications
  • Provide support for Active Directory tasks including password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration
  • Support and troubleshoot mobile devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
  • Document, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti)
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining clear and professional communication with end users

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of service desk or desktop support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, Microsoft Office suite, and end-user technologies
  • Experience with Active Directory, mobile device support, and MDM tools
  • Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
