Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science (yes)
Industry Background: FS Yes, Investment Banking MASSIVE PLUS
Years of experience: (5-15 Years)

Must:

5+ years of Hands on React experience
Ability to learn Backend (Java)
Hands on experience with automated frameworks - Cypress, Jasimine, Karma, Protactor, and PLAYWRITE.
Experience managing the deployments and build frameworks
Good software Development fundamentals - understand design patterns, ability to develop in a structured way
Good understanding with AI in a professional setting.
Experience working with traders (equity/derivatives) - spending time working directly with the trading desk to help traders, solicit feedback, and advocate for the platform once familiar with capabilities
Great communication & outgoing personality
Working day in and day out with Traders - communication must be sharp

Plus:

Java backend exp or ability/want to learn it
If they have not worked on a trading desk alongside traders, having good trade lifecycle exp would be needed
