Identity and System Administrator

Identity and System Administrator for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Administer, install, and maintain networks and systems to support identity and access, configure integration of cloud and on-premises applications using secure MFA protocols and SSO solutions, monitor directory services infrastructure, and ensure high availability, health. Optimize hybrid identity environments, and synchronize users, groups and devices. Create and update rules, filters, and transformation logic to maintain data flows, monitor licensing and user access patterns, recommend resource optimization, implement GPOs to enforce network security settings, access controls and system configurations. Perform system administration tasks, patching, performance tuning. Automate network and systems operations, troubleshoot, maintain architecture and policies documentation for audits and compliance. Monitor hardware, logs and network traffic, and perform capacity planning, scripting, account provisioning, reporting, incident response review. Collaborate with vendors and cybersecurity, participate in cloud migrations and enterprise application integrations. Formulate testing plans. Use MS Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, OAuth, SAML, OpenID, AD Connect, WS-Federation, Entra Connect, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, IAM. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience administering systems; supporting identity and access; performing configuration, automation, scripting, reporting, migration; monitoring directory services infrastructure; synchronizing users, groups and devices; creating rules; monitoring licensing; reviewing security, access controls, performance tuning, audits, compliance; using Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, OAuth, SAML, OpenID, AD Connect, DNS, Microsoft 365, SSO, GPO. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $129,148 to $129,150/yr.
